Undisputed Grace - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Undisputed Grace to support your movement journey. We are committed to ensuring your gear arrives in perfect condition to help you show up, move your body, and finish strong.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • U.S. Orders Only: The item must have been shipped to an address in the U.S. (we are unable to accept international returns at this time).

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original packaging included.

  • Timeline: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and the approved return must be postmarked using our prepaid Undisputed Grace label within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Damages & Defects: The item must have arrived damaged or defective within the 14-day return period. Please note we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit or delivery; damaged exterior shipping packaging alone will not qualify for a product replacement.

  • Final Sale: The item cannot be marked as final sale or listed "as-is." Final sale conditions apply to all items from our Semi-Annual Sales, Sample Sales, and clearance events. No exceptions.

Note: If a return is denied upon inspection at our facility, you will receive an email notification detailing the denial reason along with photographic evidence.

U.S. Return Processing and Fees

Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Return Fee: A $10.00 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the prepaid return shipping label.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit or refund.

  • Refund Method: Store credit is the only form of refund issued.

  • Our Mistake: If the error was ours (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturer defect upon arrival), we will fully waive the $10.00 return shipping fee.

Payment Platform Returns

Orders made using third-party installment apps (such as Afterpay, Klarna, etc.) are only eligible for store credit upon return. You will remain responsible for completing your installment payment schedule with the third-party provider.

⚠️ Important Note: Returns shipped using any method other than the prepaid label provided by Undisputed Grace are completely ineligible for a refund, store credit, or reimbursement. Undisputed Grace is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or untracked packages sent without our official prepaid shipping label.
