Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Undisputed Grace. We are dedicated to delivering your items quickly and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days.
  • Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or major holidays.
  • During high-volume periods or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. If your shipment faces a significant delay, our team will notify you immediately via email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. We offer flexible options to meet your needs:
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–7 business daysFree for orders over $100 (or a $10.00 flat rate for orders under $100).
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2–3 business days — Available for a $50 flat rate.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day — Rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Note: Minor delivery delays can occasionally happen due to carrier volume, routing issues, or severe weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • The moment your package leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate and update on the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Undisputed Grace is not legally responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your package by your local government.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, or regional taxes).

5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email our support team at info@undisputedgrace.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping box so we can process a free replacement immediately. 
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking history states the package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local carrier branch before reaching out. If it remains missing after 3 business days, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Where We Ship
  • We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses to ensure secure tracking delivery.
